Codense
Our products

We do not just advise on software.
We run it.

Codense builds and operates its own SaaS. Real customers, real uptime obligations, real bills. Three of the products form one operational layer with a bridge between them planned; the fourth, Diver, is for app marketing and stands on its own.

Products, not side projects

Each one earns its own revenue and carries its own on-call rota. Where a product is still in build, it says so.

Monitoring

Detectly

Six monitoring tools in one, hosted entirely in the EU.

Uptime, API checks, recorded browser flows, visual regression, sitemap scanning and cron heartbeats — behind one dashboard, one alert engine and one on-call chain,...

Automation

Deploy

Ship on merge, roll back on regret.

Build, release and rollback as one rehearsed path, with the deployment history and the health of what it released in the same view.

Sentry

The watch that stands when nobody is looking.

In the pipeline

What we are building next.

Where each product goes from here. Planned means planned — if you want to shape it, or use it before it is finished, say so and we will keep you in the loop.

No sign-up form on purpose: a mail reaches the two people building it, and we answer it ourselves.

The plan

Three products, one bridge — planned.

Detectly watches, Sentry asserts, Deploy releases. They are built as three products with their own customers and their own bills, and the bridge between them — one incident from a failed deploy, one rollback from a failed assertion — comes after each stands on its own.

One layer

Control, predictability and trust

Four products, one purpose: knowing that the systems your revenue depends on are actually doing what they promised.

Control

Reach into the system and change what it is doing, without waiting for a deploy or a person.

Predictability

Know what happens next, and get told before a trend becomes an incident.

Observability

Not just status, but why — logs, metrics and events that answer the question being asked.

Automation

Jobs, workflows and triggers that run whether or not anyone remembered.

Trust

Checkout completes, jobs finish, data stays correct. The business logic, not just the uptime.

Risk reduction

Less downtime, less lost revenue, fewer broken flows found by customers first.

Why we build

Owning the software changes the advice

We pay for our own mistakes

A consultancy can recommend an architecture and walk away before the second year of maintenance. When it is our product, we are still there when the shortcut comes due.

Operating teaches what building cannot

Running a product on-call for real customers teaches you which alerts matter, which dashboards are theatre, and how a system actually fails.

It funds patience

Product revenue means we can tell a prospective client that their problem is not worth solving yet, instead of taking the work to keep the lights on.
